Cancellation Policy

We have a strict fourteen (14) day cancellation policy. All cancellations must be submitted fourteen (14) days prior to your final pick up scheduled date. No refunds will be awarded for failure to adhere to our cancellation policy.  No representation or warranty, not withstanding any endorsement of any farm.  No warranty of products shipped.  All purchases are as is where is. Endlessly Organic and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Endlessly Organic believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Endlessly Organic and its subsidiaries.

Execution of acceptance of goods form at pickup is binding.

To cancel your membership, you must inform us, in writing by email or through the website, 14 days prior to your final pick-up date.  This letter must be dated and signed, by the member, and delivered via FAX or Email.  Cancellation is not valid until member has received cancellation confirmation. The final payment will be withdrawn from your auto-pay account fourteen (14) days prior to your final pick up.

To cancel your membership, please login and fill out the Cancellation Request form in the “Your Account” section. Please allow 72 business hours for your request to be processed. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive a cancellation confirmation email.

If you are unable to pick up your final order(s), please email us and we will gladly donate it to a family in need.
